You have to unlock the ingredients first and then you have to remove the multi-layered icing in the isolated tiles under the main board in order to collect the ingredients. For a better understanding see the pic below:
Make as many vertical stripes as you can and if you can mix them with other specials, better still. A color bomb/color bomb is very good to unlock all ingredients in one move but the best combo here is color bomb/striped candy, especially if you have many target colors on the board. Note that it's not mandatory to remove all the icing, you can collect all ingredients from only one exit, if you specials ready for that.
