This is a hard level and you may lose some lives before you pass it. You need some combos to remove the Cake Bombs but they are hard to make in the initial space and the bad outcomes of Mystery Candies may hinder your progress.In order to pass this level you need a lucky board where you can combine a Striped Candy with a Color Bomb or a Wrapped Candy within your first moves, regardless of wheather you can form them or you got them from Mystery Candies. Only this way you can destroy at least one Cake Bomb in time and if you fail this level many times you can start the game with Striped/Wrapped and Color Bomb boosters.
Once Cake Bombs are gone, it will be easier to make special candies in order to clear the remaining jellies. A Striped/Wrapped combo on the bottom rows can be the perfect solution to finish this level off.
