All blockers that have to be collected are already on the board, there are no lucky candies here. You can use the lucky candy booster, but it might be helpful only if you have a good start. Otherwise, you'll board will be full of blockers and you'll not have enough space to make special candies.
Try to make wrapped candies on the right side of the board where it is easier to make specials and use them to clear the blockers in the middle of the board. Then, when you'll have more room, look for combos to clear the last blockers.
