If you remove the liquorice locks in the bottom area you can bring down the ingredients with a vertical striped candy or a stripe/wrap combo, otherwise you can put the ingredients onto the conveyor belt and bring them down in any column, having more chances to collect them in the right columns, where there are less candies on the starting board.
Once the liqourice locks from the upper side are removed, more candies will fall there through the teleporters.

The third ingredient will fall only after one of the initial two is collected.
